Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
You must send clear photos or videos of the product to our support team on WhatsApp or via email.

Items damaged due to misuse
Free promotional items or gifts

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
